- We currently ship across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days (depending on location).
- Remote or rural areas may take longer.
- Any delivery delays caused by courier, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control, but we will assist in tracking and resolving issues.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value (if applicable).
5. Tracking Orders
- Once dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
- You can track your shipment using the courier partner’s tracking portal.
6. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partner will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
- If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping may incur additional charges.
7. Damaged / Tampered Packages
- If your package appears damaged, tampered, or opened, please refuse delivery and immediately inform us at support@varahstore.com
- If accepted, ensure to record unboxing for proof and contact us within 24 hours with pictures/videos.
8. Change of Address
- Address changes must be requested before dispatch. Once shipped, address modification is not possible.
9. Undelivered Orders
- In case your order is undelivered due to courier issues, we will either:
- Re-ship the product, or
- Process a refund (excluding shipping charges, unless the error was ours).
